1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the ASTRYNOM online store ("we", "us", "our") by both consumers and business customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of your order. We reserve the right to amend these Terms for future orders; changes will not affect contracts already concluded.

3. Conclusion of contract

The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer on our part. They are a non-binding invitation for you to place an order ("invitatio ad offerendum").

  1. You select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. At this stage no contract has yet been formed, and you may review or amend your cart at any time before checkout.
  2. By clicking the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart on the terms shown at that time.
  3. We will send you an automatic email confirming that we have received your order. This receipt confirmation documents that your order has reached us but does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of your offer.
  4. A binding contract of sale is only formed once we accept your order — either by sending a separate order acceptance email or by shipping the goods to you, whichever occurs first.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices displayed on our product pages are shown in GBP (£) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT) as well as any other price components required by law. They do not automatically include shipping costs.

Any applicable shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the items in your order, and are clearly displayed during checkout before you place your order, so that you can see the total cost of your purchase before completing it.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. We accept the following payment methods:

The payment methods available to you will also be presented directly during checkout. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

6. Delivery

We currently ship to Germany and the United Kingdom.

Orders are handled and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of contract conclusion or receipt of payment, whichever is relevant to the payment method you selected. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes a further 2 to 4 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the carrier used.

These are typical timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates; exact estimates for your order are shown at checkout. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as carrier disruptions) may affect these timeframes.

7. Retention of title

All goods supplied by us remain our property until the corresponding purchase price has been paid in full.

8. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

8.1 Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal from your contract with us. Full details of this right, including how to exercise it, are set out in our Right of Withdrawal terms, which form part of these Terms.

8.2 Our return policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer the following return terms:

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item.
  • Exchanges are available as an alternative to a refund, subject to product availability.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to all purchases made in our store. These rights exist independently of, and are not limited by, our voluntary return policy described above, and are not to be understood as a separate commercial guarantee. If you receive a defective item, please contact us using the details in Section 2 so that we can assist you in line with your statutory entitlements.

10. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated, and are not willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Governing law

These Terms, and any contract concluded through our store, are governed by the laws of Germany. Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
