Refund policy

At Astrynom, we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase. If something isn't right — you've changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the item simply doesn't work out — this page explains exactly how our returns, exchanges, and refunds process works, what to expect at each step, and how to get in touch if you have questions.

Return window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, and you don't need to give us a reason. This gives you plenty of time to try your purchase and decide whether it's right for you. If you are a consumer within the European Union, you also benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal in addition to this policy — for the full legal terms, please see our Right of Withdrawal page.

How to return an item

Returning an item is straightforward. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@astrynom.shop with your order number and a short note about which item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We will send you a return label within one business day of receiving your request.
  3. Repack the goods securely, ideally in their original packaging, and attach the return label to the parcel.
  4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office and keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Once your return is on its way, there's nothing more for you to do — we'll take it from there and keep you updated by email if we need any further information.

Conditions for returns

To ensure your return is accepted without delay, please check that:

  • The goods are complete and returned in their original packaging.
  • Any labels and protective films are still attached and undamaged.
  • Hygiene items and sealed products have not had their seal opened — for hygiene and safety reasons, these cannot be returned once unsealed.

Items that don't meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund, so please get in touch with us first if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, color, or item rather than a refund? We're happy to help. Just let us know when you first contact us at contact@astrynom.shop, and we'll arrange an exchange instead of processing a refund, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, depending on how you paid at checkout. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return shipping costs

We cover the cost of return shipping, so you won't be charged for sending an eligible item back to us.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
