Our Product Quality Guarantee

At ASTRYNOM, quality is at the core of everything we do. Every home and garden product we offer is hand-selected, rigorously inspected, and backed by our comprehensive quality promise.

Our 4-Pillar Quality Promise

1. Premium Material Standards

We only stock products made from Grade A solid teak, heavy-gauge galvanized steel, high-fired ceramic stoneware, and solid cast iron. All structural materials are verified for grade compliance before products are listed.

2. Quality Inspection Before Dispatch

Every order is inspected by our team before packing. We check for finish quality, structural integrity, and completeness of hardware and accessories.

3. 12-Month Product Warranty

All products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund — your choice.

4. Free Insured Shipping & 30-Day Returns

Every order ships free across Germany in secure packaging. If your product does not meet your expectations, return it within 30 days from delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
