Where does Astrynom ship?
We ship exclusively to customer addresses located within Germany.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is 100% Free (€0.00) on all orders across Germany. No minimum spend required.
What is your delivery time?
Total delivery time is 4–8 business days (1–2 business days handling + 3–6 business days transit).
What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM Central European Standard Time (Berlin) are processed the same or next business day.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
What condition must returned items be in?
Items must be in New only condition: unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
How do I return an item?
A prepaid carrier return label is included in the package, Free of charge. Simply pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier shop.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. We charge no restocking fees (€0.00).
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt and inspection at our facility.
